not bad, just okay?

the film is okay, indeed not great.

for a film about just about the same period in time, go see
"I shot Andy Warhol" - GREAT film.

I just got it off Kazaa Lite - very nice song.

Oddly enough when it starts it reminds me of that Jackson
Browne track about the roadies packing up after a show - "oh
won't you stay, just a little bit longer...."

qrter did you ever read Valerie Solanas' manifesto? I
wonder why she didn't call it a womanifesto...

SCUM!

I d/l it but never read it... mm.. must do that one of these
days..

just d/l John Cale's "I shot Andy Warhol"-suite, of the
soundtrack. :)

i thought basquiat was a pretty bad movie, i think julian
schnabel is a cock. shamed to admit that i really liked his
movie before night fall. it was a much better attempt.

as for the soundtrack, got to love pj harvey's version of
"is that all there is," even though schnabel stopped it from
appearing in a preview...

that cover by PJ Harvey is also on "Dance Hall at Louse
Point", the album she made with John Parish.
