AT THE SAME TIME I AM IN FAT PILES OF DEBT NOT HAVING TO DO WITH ANY OF THOSE ABOVE ITEMS, SERIOUSLY, AND AM VERY HUNGRY AND STARVING. VERY HUNGRY AND STARVING. I'VE HAD A PIZZA BAGEL TODAY. I CAN AFFORD TO EAT ONE MEAL A DAY. AGH.

You sound knowledgable about sound equipment. Do you know if a pair of NHT SB3's would be good speakers just for a 100W per channel stereo for my bedroom with my turntable?

Is this the "show off your richness and incredible amount of great music equipment and software" thread?
In that case. I have no equipment whatsoever except for a MIDI keyboard and a MIDI cable (:P) and I got all my software for free from Mr. P2P with the big fat red Christmas hat.

um.. let me elaborate. my ex-landlord has cashed two old bounced and replaced checks for the amount of my old rent-- these were checks i wrote in the last two years but bounced and were covered with other checks. I owe 2800 dollars, including interest, on the powerbook, to a bio-chemist in the other side of the state. I work 40 hours a week for less than 12,000 dollars a year, and still owe the pacific gas and electric company 900 dollars. I don't have any food except for one slice of pizza in the refridgerator. I should be thankful that I still have an apartment with a refridgerator, except that I couldn't pay my march rent because of the ex landlord raping my bank account.
IN ADDITION, my ankle is sprained, and I have the flu.
The point was, "LOOK AT MY SICK ASS AUDIO SHIT WHILE SIMUlTANEOUSLY SHOWERING ME WITH PITY."
It was also, HI TITS! but that doesn't matter now that he's not online.

I have more empathy than pity for you..
I mean, c'mon, I had a broken leg and got kicked out with no money for stuff,. you've sprained your ankle and can't afford stuff,
the funny thing is that job a boj had a broken leg at the same time as me too,...
so,... it seems that IDM listeners tend to break there legs and lose money very easily when compared to others...

I jumped out of a moving car for no reason, shattering my ankle/leg in several places,
I think that qualifies as a bad choice.

I thought so too,.. everyone I know wants to kill the guy now, for what he did to me, but I'm really passive about this whole thing, and couldn't care less, it's over now, I'd rather just forget about it..

Yeah, i made a load of poor choices to end up where I am, but at the same time, a lot of them have been sacrifices. I ended up in a lot of debt making music 10 hours a day instead of working. I am fleeing from a fucking reality that is not the reality, but a poor reality in which a massively populous nation is living month to month on plans and systems. I have felt many purer things than the terrible days I've had lately. The last sixth months have just squiggled away in work for consistent wage that is consistently spent and I always fall slightly behind.
At the same time, I've gotten a lot better at concentrating my creative energy and experience in music. I wouldn't trade that away for any solutions to my current problems.
