DAMN, i forgot Star trek NG!!!!

might as well add "Head To Head" to my list. it was a game
programme where two kids played two player games against
eachother (mostly genesis & snes games). and the winner went
on to the next round and so on......quite fun.

Yeah, you got it. The BBC have a little Adventure Game site
here. The vortex really freaked me out as a kid.

Saturday Starship was basically a typical Saturday morning
kids show, but broadcast from a large spaceship presumably
driven around the country on the back of a lorry. The best
thing about it was a green alien called Gilbert who
co-presented the show with Tommy Boyd and Bonny Langford.
Gilbert had a fantastically abstract sense of humour far
beyond most of his audience, adults and children alike. He
also had something of a snot problem...
