Im Skinny Puppy Fan since the Track assimilate cEvin Key
Solo work also is great stuff. Remember R. Dwayne Goettel
good News:OTTO VON SCHIRACH'S CONTRIBUTIONS TO NEW SP

Update::: Corey

Otto Von Schirach was recently interviewed on CBC radio's
Brave New Waves. Litany reader Jason caught the show and
reports that Otto discussed his participation in new Skinny
Puppy material. He worked on a number of different beats and
concepts for the record, three of which cEvin has used in
the project's current incarnation. He described the album as
being stylistically diverse. Otto also discussed how he met
cEvin through Omar Torres while tagging along on a visit to
the Subcon studio by Richard Devine (they're both of the
Schematic label). Otto is currently touring the U.S. if you
want to check him out. If I'm correct, this means that the
new Puppy album will feature three guys whose names begin
with the letter O. If my calculations of the odds are
accurate, the record has a 98.75% chance of involving Oprah.

I can't wait for this album. the process was kind-of a let
down though so i won't get my hopes up. it will be hard to
top Last Rights which is one of my all time favorite albums.

I doubt this album will sound anything like The Process.

Yeah, I don't think the members of Skinny Puppy really like
the process. Cevin was pissed during it because Ogre was
working on his solo stuff too much, and after Dwane's death,
it got rushed out the door because Skinny Puppy was getting
screwed over by American. Then Ogre's solor project (WELT)
got screwed over by American also, which is why it was never
released... The new welt is derived, but not just a
re-recording of his original material.

well that's good. The Process had like 2 great tracks on it
but it deffinately sounded rushed and unfinished.
Too bad Goettel died though.. i suspect that his influence
on skinny puppy's sound was what i liked the most.
