Does anyone know the American laws for taking pictures of
bands at a concert? Are the pictures your property? Can you
publish them in a magazine that will make money or is that
illegal?

I think they are fine for your personal use, when you sell
them, that might be a problem....I don't know..

unless you perrsonally have a copyrright on them, they
belong to no one, but you can sell them.
