I've heard plenty of deadsy recently, weird use of synths,
not my style really, but good fun though.

the lyrics to most of their songs are pretty funny/weird

Mansion World IS the best song ever. It's too bad the rest
of the album was a pile of generic nu-synth hoppy floppy
fuck-barf. I guess I shouldn't have expected any less from
a band signed to the label started by the visionaries that
scored the soundtrack to the "epic horror masterpiece" Queen
of the Damned.

Oh woe is me! Why does this shallow world of hypocrites
judge me by my purple hair and forehead piercings? If only
they could understand how dumb my parents are and the secret
genius at work inside of me.

I actually like most of Commencement... Key to Gramercy is
great, and there's a few other decent tracks. The singer is
Cher's son, bonus points.

actually he is Cher and Greg Allman's son, thats a wierd
combination.

Key to Gramercy Park and She Likes Big Words are good too I
guess. I like Deadsy's image and symbolism more than the
music itself though.. 80's horror flicks and fine cheese
with a healthy dose of secret occult knowledge.

Yeah, their website is neat-o. I like tongue-in-cheek
Gothiness as long as they're not taking themselves too
seriously. Like Trent ''Whiny Bitch'' Reznor.

He's not nearly as bad as KoRn.. Or Disturbed, Mudvayne,
Hate, Spit, Mucus, Guts, Dumb, Butt, etc ad nauseum.
They've got rubber bats and spiderwebs coming out the ass.
