so wierd, i just meet vince clarke, the writer and founder of yaz, yazoo, depeche mode, erasure! very cool song ca. 1983... i asked him what he thought of aphex twin!!! you should have seen the look on his face. it was almost like he didn't want to admit that he knew of him. i asked mainly about the influence of clarke's sound on some AFX tracks, like meoidies from mars, hab 1, abb4 ep, and such... |
