saw this tonight after work. i like working at the video
store...we can just pull out chairs after hours and watch
movies on the tvs in the back.

anyways...the movie wasn't bad. the only thing that upset me
is when the house blew up and it shows edward norton being
thrown back by the force...man...they had done SO good up
until that point...but that little half a second of a shot
just fuckin' pissed me off. COMPLETELY fake. blah. whatever.
all in all not half bad. i'd recommend it to people, sure.

I love the book. I will get around to watching this
eventually, since Manhunter is *ahem* just a tad
dated now. I hate watching films which are remakes or
adaptions of books I've read, there's very little challenge
to the brain.

Yes I read Hannibal before I saw the film, and the film
didn't seem as good.

Books are always better, they're more personal.

i preferred the BOOK to the movie! however i'll prolly buy
the DVD to complete the trilogy so to speak!

'manhunter' wasn't even CLOSE to 'red dragon.' hannibal was
on screen for a nano second in 'manhunter,' MORE hannibal is
always better IMO.

he's such an INteresting and vile character......hard to be
both in this day and age of film!

i enjoyed it, unlikes most people I know.

It messed with my head enough to keep me interested, and
Anothony Hopkins, as always, was just fine.
