XFM / London Xpress - 2 hour mix (or, 4 x 27 minute
sections)
Broadcast date: 30 March
Well, according to warprecords.com Autechre was hosting
London Xpress today. Did anyone else listen to it? It
sounded absolutely NOTHING like what I'd expect Autechre
DJing to sound like. They played pretty typical Trance/Dance
music... I was really dissapointed, and I'm wondering, was
this in fact Autechre? Did anyone else listen to it?

Thanks! Autchre has a 15 minute mix on BBC radio 3, at
11pm... Is BBC on the london time zone? Trying to figure out
when to listen to internet radio that's playing in different
time zones on different stations is confusing me....

Bleh, I had a nice recording of it until the stream was lost
from radio 3's website.... anyone else recording this (from
the website or otherwise) since its actually a really nice
mix.

I just recorded it (off the radio, not the internet). A nice
exlusive mix done just for the Mixing It show. You should
still be able to stream it from the BBC/Radio3 website for
the next week, though it'll be in dire quality like any
internet audio streaming :/

Cool, you planning to put it onto your PC and upload anytime
soon?

It's already there. I recorded it direct from the radio to
my PC - no intermediate business to cloud the quality, so I
just need to cut it and encode it.

Wow! Super cool! All I recognized was "If it is me" by
Polygon window. Can anyone else name the songs? I know they
said on the radio what some of them were (Kraftwerk, LFO)
but I certainly didn't recognize them.

Also, did they play on "The Blue Room"? I don't see them in
any of the recent playlists.... Does anyone know when they
are playing tomorrow on Solid Steel? There webpage was not
very helpful!

Thanks!

On the Blue Room's site page for the show on the 22nd, they
showed IV VV IV VV VIII on the playlist. Nothing else tho'.

Yes, yes, they were on Mixing It, but what about XFM? Do XFM
have the show available to stream?
