ill communication is their best, imo. they play
instruments... WELL. some great sampling and jazz stylings

I am waitong for an Autechre anti war song, they were on an

i don't know if it's my standards have changed or what, but
i don't like that new beastie boys track at ALL, and i loved
all their new stuff even "Alive" america/hysterica? sounds
really forced... i have a huge beastie boys poster from
check your head in my room, and i still play paul's boutique
all the time, but something about that track just seems
half-assed. and if their new album or whatever is on the
same level of that stuff, they should just leave it at hello
nasty and the anthology. unless they want to make a lukewarm
RESPECT US TRUE HIPHOP NEW SCHOOL, we are forefathers crap
like run dmc's crown royal.

search for mac lethal's "pass the ammo" that's a decent
wartime track, and of course mr. lif's emergency rations ep
