I dont know if this happened to anyone else, but it did for
me on my both of my copies (don't ask) and on that of a
friend's.

track 5 disc 1.. there is a short gap .. not a skip but a
very brief pause (that is, nothing is omitted, but there is
about a nanosecond of noticable silence) when bowie sings
the "like dolphins.. like dolphins can swim" .. right after
the first "dolphins" .. I tested this part on my computer
and on a discman on both copies.. and a friend reported the
same error .. did this present on anyone elses copy?

appears on those tracks because he just doesn't care at all

I CONFIRM THAT ERROR, THEO!!

i thought it was a glitch on my CD player. frankly, i'm glad
it's a recording glitch, not a CD glitch.

maybe while we're on the subject of glitches, you guys can
confirm the 2-second gap in 'Teartear' on the AMBER album by
Autechre.

hehe

If anyone wants to be really pedantic there is also a
mistake on the back of the cd - one space too many before a
comma. Not that this matters at all...

Yep. I mentioned this here.

It's a shame that the song has that fault in it.

I have loads of CDs, they OK but annoying specially the
price they charge considering how cheap they are to make. I
will prob. buy this anyway on friday. I heard the heroes mix
was a bit dodgy anyway.

My TearTear has a gap too. I posted about this earlier and
someone (neeta I think) checked and apparently hers was fine
so maybe we both have CDs from a faulty recording batch or
something.

well im gonna try to keep not noticing, turning the volume
down for a second where the skip is, so i can pretend its
fine...

TearTear? which track is that?

Somebody mentioned that their Windowlicker (acid edit) had a
glitch around 1:00. I checked mine, and found nothing.

Heroes Symphony? I think it was a single-sided 12"

No the AFX Heroes remix was only released on a 3 inch CD
(you know the small ones) that came with a CD of Phlip Glass
Orchestrations of Heroes.

It was a Japan only release, and was quite limited I think
(but dont know how many there are). But I have one :)

I reported it to Warpmart. They didn't say whether they were
aware of it or not, but promised to replace mine.
