Love this song... the first half is killer... those chords
which start the song are awesome... I used to play this on
our big stereo downstairs, and the the speakers would
shake... :)

the second half used to annoy me, but I kinda like it now...
took some getting used to I guess...

what, does everyone just see the name The_Funkmaster and
ignore the thread? Doesn't anyone like this song?

I love orbital, and in sides is their best release imo...

and yes Dwr Budr is my fav track on the album even though
there are classic tunes there such as the box, the girl
with... and: out there somewhere

I am very much into orbital now, I like them a lot.

orbital the middle of nowhere

well indeed.

the middle of nowhere is a great album, but you kind of
understand it better having seen their previous work

the altogether is a weak release (imo)

I think the first 4 albums are awesome, great:

green: maybe dated but with classic tunes as belfast,
chime...

brown: for many their best, the most danceable

snivilisation: great album

in sides: for me their best (all the tracks here are
classics)

the middle of nowhere: very good album, but not to much
innovation, very solid and coherent piece of work

also you cant go wrong with these eps:

diversions (if you like the brown album you will love this
one)

the box ep

times fly ep

well, be carefull with orbital.. if you are looking for
strange sounds and effects this is not for you... orbital
does, nice sexy intelligent techno, but its not complicated
at all, so dont expect nothing rephlexish

1991

Surprisingly Orbital was a great band to see live. I got to
see them for the "middle of nowhere" tour. They played out
there somewhere so I was happy. nacmat, I agree with you on
"the altogether" bit.

belfast freaks me out. it reminds me of the film human
traffic. which alslo freaks me out.

dwr bvdr predates the album by at least a year. it first
appeared on the charity album help!. which also included
some radiohead track i forget which (its on ok computer)
which also predated that album by a year. ooooh, spooky!!!
:)
