I ordered abb4 at amazon.com and I got it today... but I
expected in a normal plastic case (as abb1) and it came in a
super thin cardboard case... how is yours?

Supongo que el mio es igual al tuyo, un sobrecito de
cartón

I remember had seen an edition of it that has something like
"distribuited by warp" printed on it on the back, can
somebody confirm it?

never heard of a release with cuckoo as nr. 2, but i don't
know that much 'bout all those releases :D
yours has 5 tracks aswell ey?
maybe you're mistaking cuckoo for the wrong track?

i really don't know, but the most important thing is that
you have it right?

i'm sure someone else can tell you about different releases,
not me sorry :\

:)

I know what cuckoo sounds like

yes there are 4 tracks and knievel at the end

and 3 is gibbon and 4 is sloth

Who the hell came up with those stupid titles anyway?
Gibbon indeed, what utter poo. "Sloth"?? grief! give
me strength.
If "cuckoo" is 6:04 in length, then that's track2. Mine is
the cardboard case (still a cardboard case, Morton ;) and
the tracks are 6:22, 6:04, 5:08, 8:21 and 0:27

*walks off shaking head and mumbling "gibbon, indeed"*

The lack of complacency displayed thru the AB collection is
surely there to annoy people like myself.

I love it. :>

Well you can't line them up in one and say "Look, I have the
set". I always get a feeling of satisfaction from being able
to keep something as one where the AB collection is a
mismatched set of EP's and LP's on various formats with
limited availability.

complacency. I don't mean to be pedantic or anything.

true
but I dont understand if you like it that way or would have
liked it to be like a set

*laughs* I'm from Newcastle, I think you are giving me too
much credit and now I'm so confused I don't have any idea.
:>

I'm hardly satisfied with the releases being of all shapes
and sizes but at the end of the day it doesn't really
matter. I'm just fussy.

"gibbon" - that animal sound in the beginning maybe? (but it
sounds more like a bird?)

Gonzi "Fresh" Marchan and Alan Perry came u p with the
names, as well as the names for the tracks on SAW2, and the
Caustic Window tracks (before they were officially named by
Rephlex when the compilation came out).

They are not official.
