about the glam rick scene and two characters based on (not
sure how loosely) david bowie and iggy pop. watched it last
night, mainly cause my friend chris goes on about how hot
this film was and i just had to know what eccentricly nerdy
chris considers hot. the movie was awesome as it turned
out. apparently bowie thought the film was trash and iggy
said it was dead on. anybody seen it? there were some
unforgetable scenes/lines.

lol, yeah, i question iggy's opinion on the film. he's
still breaking bottles on his chest on tour and he's how
old?!

a great film, gotta love its sense of excess. Apparently
they negotiated with bowie for years toget his music for
this film, but he stiffed them at the last minute. Wasn't
michael stipe involved in this production somehow?

I've seen it.

I thought it was crap. a completely facile movie, no
content.
