I have listened to this track from the Japanese Warp Peel
Sessions Vol 1 a countless amount of times and I love it. Is
it from an Autechre album? If so can you tell me which one
or failing that can you tell me which album most closely
resembles the feel of this track? I want more like it so
please only recommend what album ties in most with the style
of this track. Thanks.

its an anomaly... it is its own thing. to assist you, it was
recorded i believe between tri repetae and chiastic slide.
it is only available on the peel session ep, or the japanese
peel session, vol.1 compilation.

anytime its them live, its almost always not on an album.
they kinda are notorious for it. which can be good or bad,
depending on what you are looking for from them.

Hmm... Well I don't think AE are really for me. I mean I
love some of their stuff but I feel I'd be better off
looking deeper underground for a true exploration of my
tastes. Milk DX tho is so fucking great to listen too tho so
I was hoping there would be an albums worth of it. I should
have known better. :> I'm getting Draft 7.30 because it's
good for when I'm stoned.

i love the part near the second half of milk dx where that
charlie brown teacher "mwop mwop" voice comes in. AWESOME
substitute for a rapper.

The gentle voice is a Charlie Brown sample?

it definately sounds more like that album than anything
else, but it stradles that gap between albums so nicely.

I am listening to it now...and I really think it could be a
tri repeate track

Hmm, If anyone can back that up I'll add 'Tri Repeate' to my
shopping list.

I guess I could listen to it on the Warp site too. I'll go
do that.

releases before and after tri repeate:

garbage
peel session 1
anvil vapre
envane

these were made between amber and chiastic slide (with tri
repeate in the middle)

the track you like spikee is the more tri repeateish
but you may also like anvil vapre and envane (maybe)

Well I have to be strict with myself, I don't want to allow
myself to become obsessive towards them and buy all I can
just because it's them. So I'll check out your
recommendations and see which one I'll go for. Thanks for
the advice. :>
