first MP3s I ever downloaded.

SHAYT! I used to have something that sounded similar to a
part with a bass and that pad-like echoing synth.

...Trying to recall what it was and when.

OH SHIT!
It was a midi when I just started making the computer
generated music.

Thanks, it brought back nice memories. It was a remix of
some song from a show with some submarine or something. (??
or maybe I remixed dasboot with it???)

I am 70% certain it was a TV show of some kind that I have
never seen but only heard the midi.

Haha I know eh? It has this maddeningly familiar thing goin
on. Simple song, sounds dated, yet timelessly appealing at

I had that song sitting on my 486's hard-drive!!!! And I
don't know where on the net I found it or what it was. I am
sure it is some kind of TV series. I think it has to do
something with submarines. I am ONLY guessing that some
actor from star-trek was in it.
