there is an interview with the guy from id and trent reznor
on the web somewhere. He sounds like a total geek, but knows
and accepts this. Trent and ... john I think, an interesting
pair of friends indeed.

dictator.

yeah, doom3 will be badass, but probably moreso the minimum
specs for this gfxcardkiller. I ran, excuse, tried to run
the demo on my 1800+ 512mb, with gf3ti500 card and it gave
my bloody 5 fps, and when the action kicked in it was
chopcity.

Where can I get a demo of Doom3? Unless the actually game
has been leaked already anyway...

X-tomatic, the final 2-3% of game development is graphical
tweaks, frame increases, etc.

alphas are no-way-no-how-no-such-manner optimised. that is
for the very final stages in the game.

Duble, it is only a leaked alpha, 3 levels, do not get it.

Save your "WHOLLY SHIT NICE GRAPHICS!!!!!" saying for when
the game coems out in its TRUE form.

almost wish i wouldn't have played it, now i may have
spoiled the surprise :)

i seriously wish i didn't play this leaked alpha

cause i've been waiting so long

and i played it
and im like OMG

but then, it's unfinished and the gfx aren't complete,

so im playing it like, DAMN THIS FUCKING ROX.

now when i BUY the game when it comes out, im not gonna have
that same "BRICK TO THE FACE" blow from the awesoem
graphhics.

just tyring to fucking save him some "awe" factor man.
settle.

p.s., fuck off my /pub

Umph.

Low polygons will be expected.

Gonna be some time / maturity of the engine revamps before
we will see high ordered surfaces (HOS, unfortunetlely no
time soon :( ) and high poly shaded elements. [tim allen]
MORE POWER,, rarrrrrrrrrrrr [/tim allen]

I should be able to run it pretty da,m good with my machine.
I've got an all-in-wonder 8500 (128mb) and 512 ddr ram,
2.4GHz p4.
Where can I get this demo?

8500 is gonna choke, even though it can do more per pass
than say, a 4600.

Duble, email me.
