Ok...! so this is the situation...
I'm from Uruguay, south america, far from anything similar
to aphex, []pusher, Autechre and all the beautifull
mellodies.
If it wasn't for the internet, I would never have heard any
of this music, you can't go to a sotre an buy the cd, they
doesn't have it...
Any way, I'm filling lucky right now... I'm going to the UK
for a week in april for some reason... From 12th to 22th.
I really need help from anybody, to find some place to hear
this music... I'm sure UK does have this kind of places, in
my country there is no place to hear good music... maybe
some dance music, but not Techno or Aphex similar...

my english sucks... but I did the best I could... ;)

Heeellppp!!! need city tour!!! thnkx.

yeaaahh! I know london is the place to be... I'll be in the
right place one day...

I know I can find stores... I'll go to dose ones for sure,
thanks! but I want to go to a place where the music, is the
same music I hear at my home, I mean, it's hard to explain,
but I never feel confortable whenever I go dancing here at
my country, the best we've got is some party at some friends
house, so we can hear whatever we want...
Is there any place, underground or something, where I can
hear this type of music?

hitting a concerrt arre low. you could ask some of the
smallerr music shops forr some advice, i'm surre they would
help, don't ask the big shop's that won't know.

i recommend torquay, the english riviera. there's a nice
little hotel called fawlty towers with very friendly and
helpful staff.

Every city has a scene of some sort. Get a few magazines
when you're over here, Time Out (London) has loads of
listings of gigs, clubs etc, you'll find something you like.
Or try searching google for "manchester electronica nights"
(or whatever)

Or get Mixmag, JockeySlut, Muzik, magazines. Quite
mainstream generally but they list lots of types of
electronic music.

there's good stores in soho. but most stores in england seem
to stock at least some idm, astonishingly. always try stores
where you wouldn't expect to find idm, you'll be surprised
