Hehe, well, this has been written before. ^_^

Ambient's nice, but I can't fall asleep when I listen to
music. I feel asleep during St Michel + St Michael, though.
^_^

Otherwise Classical music is really nice. Check out
Tchakowsky (yes, I know, it's spelled wrong) and Ravel's
works.

I wouldn't say it's the 'best' one to sleep to, but I really
enjoy having SAWII on some nights... very relaxing album.

how is that budakhan mindphone? is it like music is rotted
one note?
I have heard iambiac 5 poetry or whatever it is called...I
love that song but it sounds like our underwater torch song

just cause it can put you to sleep , let alone it's a good
album :)

def. the best track to fall asleep to is the last track of
Björks 'Telegram'

It's a remix of 'Headphones' by Mika Vainio

through, because if there is too much interest in a track I
can't stop listening to it and get to sleep.

'to' should be '239487WAKD2349ZN87'

'239487WAKD2349ZN87' should be 'too'

A nice slowbeat to count my sheeps with. :-)
Seriously, I have made a compilation with some melodic
ambient work from aphex and the piano tracks from druqs that
I try as nightcap but hearing some songs wanne make me hear
the whole album and then I pop out of bed to have listen. I
need sleep. :-)

i can only fall asleep when the tv is on.
its a habit i got into every since i was young.

i find the glowing of the tv screen and faint talking of
people has a calming effect on me

with a Blacklight on all night....LOL...I used to
also...Ha...that explains alot!!!

just messin, I DID read that somewhere though a few years
back, I used to have a 6 ft blacklight in my room...man it

other stuff but it just doesnt work

i keep listening....

JAroen: try leaving the tv on with the sound very lightly
down so that you can still faintly hear people talking, the
best channel to leave it on is cnn which sometimes has very
boaring interview which go for ages. its very stimulating
