I didn't even bother to look- the 4 popups discouraged me!

What are popups? But seriously, get a popup blocker or
change browsers. I use the mozilla browser and haven't seen
an unintentional popup in more than 2 years.

This is a nice site, it's been in my afx bookmarks for a
while.

It's worth it Ceri--I just got the one (the usual angelfire
one)

if you use mozilla you can just turn off pop-ups without any
3rd party pop-up blocker. I <3 mozilla

Hmm, don't they stop intentional pop ups too?

I may well get Mozilla...

It's smart enough to not block a popup from a link you click
on directly.

If a certain site gives you trouble (like Shutterfly for
me), you can add it to a special list to always allow
popups.

Nice, I'll try that at the weekend at home. I take it it's
free?

Thanks for the tip, it's somthing I've been meaning to look
into for over a year now, but never got around to doing.

I just liked the discography section--haven't looked at any
of the other sections--useful now that the .nu one has gone

Mozilla is a delight to use. I love love love:

- of course, the popup blocking

- the tabbed browsing (multiple tabbed windows)

- the ability to type something into the address bar and
search google

- highlight some text right click and search google for that
text

- the sensible use of an html file for bookmarks instead of
a directory full of shortcuts like IE

- if it crashes it doesn't take down the whole OS like IE
tends to do

- the built in download manager

Opera is nice too, a lot faster than mozilla.

I use IE, opera, galeon and mozilla.
