there's just nothing i love more than people who listen to me and act like they care. 10 minutes ago i sent an email to skam to ask about a bit of music that plays on a certain section of their website. Somebody replied about 5 minutes later: "Hello jeroen, Thanks for the mail, hope your well. The music in the background of the pictography section in skw001, is freeform, It is taken off mask 100, which means, it`s damn hard to get hold of. We agree, it is a lovely piece of music, and should be far wider available, we are looking into being able to do this, at present. This does not mean a repress of the mask series though.. In my last order from skam I received: bola - mauver boards of canada - hi scores a bola postcard a wicked skam decal a boards of canada blue paper thingy a skam records label showcase flyer an invoice I think they are on our side. Although their limited releases remind me a bit of the Disney Corp's business model. :-) |

that reminds me, whats the deal with that blue paper thingy? I have not yet found a purpose for it, but i'm considering to get it laminated and use it as a bookmark.. Anyone? |

i've only had a problem with them once, when an order didn't turn up, and they replied very quickly and were very responsive and very courteous. sent me replacements within a week... |
