Eat some salt and then drink a litre of mineral water before you go to bed. Drink another 1/2 litre when you wake up (to have a slash) in the middle of the night. THe following morning have a lot of OJ & a fry up to clean out your stomach. Drink lots of water and make sure you have enough salt to retain the water. |
