i ask myself the SAME question =0)

We are all born originals - why is it so many of us die
copies?

-Edward Young, poet (1683-1765)

(aside for bob mcbob)

you asked if i'll ever talk about RDJ in another thread,
i've been here for going on a year, if you wanna see my
thoughts you can do a search and check what i wrote a few
months ago. i don't like repeating myself nor do i enjoy
(IMO) the OVER analyzing of richards or anyone elses music.
i've said it before, but i guess i'll say it again. music is
a purely emotional thing for me, i don't feel the need to
talk about a certain piece for days to know i enjoy it. in
fact talking about something too much kinda decreases my
enjoyment of a thing (see a thread i started about this very
thing if you're interested). i prefer sharing NEW thoughts
and IDEAS on a daily basis and occasionally adding my two
cents to music threads i have an interest in and have
something NEW to say. otherwise i'll leave it to others to
obsess over RDJ, i certainly do not have the urge to.

thank you for your question, and i hope you get to see my
reply!

i feel similar. i don't mind throwing in a "yeah, i love
that album/song as well" from time to time, but i come here
for the simple fact that there is some common
aesthetic/emotional/intellectual appreciation betweem me and
y'all, not to discuss specific pieces of music in depth.
not that i mind other people doing so.

(bob mcbob)

i wasn't angry, i was answering your question. =0) it's a
fair question to ask, however i think by looking at my sign
UP date and points you can gather that i've talked about A
LOT of different things. and i was serious about doing a
search, sometimes i do that cos i've changed my mind about
groups such as AE, it's funny to see what i wrote way back
when about how much i disliked them. i based my opinion on
confield - which i don't like. i'm glad RDJ will give us
something new to talk about with his upcoming release in
APRIL!!

(jup)

eggactly.....on the nosey!!! =0)

(dobbin)

i nearly pee'd my pantalones when i read that, and your new
avatar is just precious =)~
