Ok, I really would like to change my avatar, and I THINK I
resized it correctly in photoshop ( dont know ANY other way
) and than it even said UPLOAD SUCCESSFULL...but NO change
to the pic?

Any advice? Should I just wait and it WILL
change?....Hmmmmm

That is a twat, a rreal twat. All i did was change the file
frrom "GIF" to "gif" orr vice-verrsa.

Sometimes mine doesnt show 'me' the updated pic, and then
later on it does!

resize photos...

Steps needed, which program?

thats a NICE offer, but I would LOVE to learn on my own....

If i cannot I will definately send it to ya...
I just seem to think theres gotta be an easier way than
PHOTOSHOP to just:
1) DL a photo I like
2) resize it
3) make sure it is .jpg or .gif

am I crazy?....lol...thanks for helping

Well I use Paint Shop Pro. It's piss easy to resize with
that :)
