ok I want to know this thing about the tracks on ab3 whats the difference between the diferent releases? only talking about CDs the releases of 1993, 1997 and 2002 are different? in what? |

yes amazon does a fucking mess with that... this is ab1 ab3 normally (except 2002) has no cover art (apart from the sticker) ab4 is with like a face in first term |

I`ve got ab4 (from 94) and it came in a greyscale paper sleeve, it`s a quite "distorted" grey picture of Richards face through a videocameras viewfinder/or on a monitor I guess.... - and, ab4 IS worth getting! (on the disc it states "copying punishable by death", be warned! ; ) |

I dont have ab1 or ab4 (just in cdr from 128 mp3 which is shit) but I cant buy them now... I ran out of money buying other things and ab1 which I was about to buy I couldn cos the seller wont sell outside uk |

it has 5 tracks, really 4 cos last is less than 20 seconds of distorted noise (knievel) the first track (elephant) is a bit annoying imo |

nacmat: here's the whole sorted AB3 story: (keeps my mind sharp) The original release of AB3 was on vinyl in 1993, and also on CD which came in a bubblewrap slipcase and had more, slightly different tracks than the vinyl version. The most notable difference between the 1993 and the reissue in 1997 is the colour of the Aphex logos on the sticker - the orignal release was black, whereas the aphex logos on the reissue are blue. Rephlex also released AB 3.1 only on vinyl in 97 as well (which contained a few extra tracks not found on the previous vinyl and CD versions of AB3. Then, in 2002, Rephlex released the CD version of AB3 on vinyl. |
