i'm a big fan of older bowie but I haven't really heard any
of his recent stuff. I have to say I didn't like the sound
of it on paper but maybe I should check it out

heh heh

i recently saw Peter Gabriel get a little break beaty on
Jools Holland. Keeping upi with the times. Its amazing that
one of the great oldies hasn´t really floored it wth modern
electronic yet isn´t it? Or have they?

I thought It was an old star's attempt to be hip again.
Didnt like it and still dont.

Just like radiohead turning electronic. They were
alternative, until their kind of music got mainstream. So
they fled to IDM-ish music to be alternative again.

Yeah that track is great. However he ripped the whole DnB
loops from "Omni trios - Renegade snares" and added a few
Guitars etc....
