They're pretty cewl on stage:
when i saw them, they started out by putting a microphone on
a cage for hamsters and plucking the bars while playing some
beats in the background... than they pulled out a saw and
cut the cage in half (imagine the noise!!). While one of
them was cuttung the cage the other one started blowing a
big gas baloon and then used it as a drum. then they
attached a small radio to the balloon and realeased it into
the air while the radio played an old cheasy tune! :)

That sounds like the best live performance ever.

music? :)

but of course it was!
-it's a live version of their song "balloons". Every version
sounds slightly different! :P

'a chance to cut is a chance to cure' is a bit boring to
me... but i love the stuff they did with bjork.. 'its in our
hands' is gorgeous.. as are most of their contributions to
vespertine

the live show is very good, for both the "show" and the
music itself.

vespertine tour wasn't too exciting though. after seeing
her so excatic and expressive on the shepherds bush video
she seemed rather reserved.

A Chance To Cut Is A Chance To Cure: very good! ^^

anyone knows what is said in 'lipostudio... and so on'? the
part before '...and so on'?
and if any chinese acupuncturist (?) would know what 'ur
tchun tan tse qui' means ^^

I dont really understand what these guys are up to. Its not
very musical. They do the kind of music you need some sort
of reference or explaining text to acompany the CD to
understand...

goodness sake. not to mention the orchestra that played
with her. or matmos....it was pretty all out if you ask
me!

not to mention that she played my favorite songs.

country album =
"wide open spaces"
its a collaboration project done at a live show, then put
out by tb6

They came through Louisville a couple years ago, before they
had released "A Chance To Cut..." and I kick myself for not
going. It was at this small venue and it was really cheap to
get in, as I recall. I heard all kinds of wild things about
what they did that night.
