I listened to "Not for threes" yesterday for the first time
in a while and it struck me how fucking good that album is!
So many great tracks it´s dizzying..
NF3´s and RPCW is two of my absolute fav electronica
albums, I´m not as fond of Double Figure tho..

making plaid fans angry. I really cant get into them at all
but there decent I suppose but none of it is memorable to
me.

You can't have heard Ralome if you don't think Plaid are
memorable(!)

Or Scoobs....or New Family....or Ladyburst etc. etc.

The entire Booc EP.

Zamami

I know there are a couple that I like on the P-Brane EP, but

I think Mfaus is the one I like.

Doesn't it have this little part in it where the beat cuts
out for a moment and this little note sequence plays? Sounds
kind of dreamy, I guess?

Really like that part.

offline Jarworski from The Grove (United Kingdom) on 2003-05-15 02:34 [#00698910]
Points: 10836 Status: Lurker | Followup to Clic: #00698908

Mfaus is actually track 4 on that cd, it's the one that
gradually builds and builds into a harsh beat, kinda 'Taking
Control' like.

Well that sounds like Coat to me...starts all funky and
bassy, then melody at the end...damn Plaid rule!

Ah, I just finally got up and went downstairs to grab it.

It's Stills, and right at 1:34 is when it goes into that
part I'm talking about. Also like Diddymousedid.
