and belfast)

theres also the peel sessions ep...

i always wanted to get the lush ep coz i loved lush 3.1 from
brown, i think the ep has different versions

I'd get your hands on either the Style Singles, or The
Alltogether (mainly just for Disc 2, which is a collection
of B-sides and whatnot)

Also, you'd probably enjoy the other release of In-Sides,
which has the full version of The Box, Times Fly, and so on.

Oh yeah, I just noticed your missing Diversions. Diversions
is Orbital's Peel Sessions + remixes from other artists.
You can't pass that one up.

There is a "B-sides" collection floating around out
there...look hard...I've seen it on E-bay periodically...

I also heartily recommend the Times Fly and The Box EPs as
well...

phunqie - ive never counted and i dont think i could

know but it was a good excuse to see some nice places. June

I read you like BOC, autechre, plaid... but you didnt
mention aphex... you dont like him? how come did you come to
the conclusion that in this MB we talked about orbital
too... for your taste I thought you would have gone before

nacmat wrote "how come did you come to the conclusion that

i didnt...i actually came here mainly because of Autechre
etc and to get away from Orbital ;)

I like Aphex but i wouldnt put him in my top 5 artists. Ive
seen him live a few times (Q club a few years back, Glasto
last year, djing a few times as well).

Like most...my taste is all over the place but of course
most associate me with Orbital. Take a listen to
this...thats one of my sets i played in my local town (spot
the Orbital in that :) )

Orbital are so great... recently I've been listening to In
Sides and Middle of Nowhere (the two orbital albums I own) a
lot... they're both pretty awesome... I really want to get
Snivilization next, but never see it around... is it any
good?

I know most people will probably tell me to get the brown
album, but I downloaded it and listened, and with the
exception of a few excellent tracks, it's pretty mediocre
imo... I listened to a few songs from Snivilization and
liked what I heard... going to have to order it in sometime!

Everything up until the Middle of Nowhere was superb.

The Altogether was a bit of a mistep. They may have had fun
making it, but I didn't have any fun listening to it.

In Sides is probably my favorite album of all time, it's so
perfect, and it's the only album that I actually think of as
being on the same level as a classical symphony or
something.
