Any of you dudes heard any stuff by seefeel? I remember when they were an indie shmindie band and then they went all ambient. The only tracks I've heard is that one off of artificial intelligence 2 and also their remix of basscadet and I was particualrly impressed with the song off ai2. Should I buy any of their stuff or what? TELL ME! |

Seefeel are excellent! Mark Clifford's Disjecta project that released a couple of records on Warp is also brilliant, definitely my favourite warp releases. Seefeel released one on Rephlex too (CH-VOX), but that's not so good; very ambient, very minimal. Listen to Succour, that's a great one, I dare ya! |

They are still one of my favorite bands. Quique and Succour are my favorite releases by them. Quique seems to have gone out of print, which is a shame. It's a fantastic record that doesn't really sound quite like anything else I've ever heard. |

Got that Succour at the weekend. Severely disappointed. Every song sounds like a poor version of Quoth. 40 minutes of rattling EQ'ed clanging does not equal a good album in my opinion. |
