I'm saddened to report that this morning, my cat Wicca (picture in the avatar space) was killed in a hit-and-run outside my home. She was just over a year old. I don't expect anything from anybody. I just wanted to explain why "R.I.P. Wicca" appears with the picture. I won't be on for a few days. I don't really care about anything right now. Later. :( |

I lost my cat this year. Came back from work and she was gone. Had to be put down while I was working. The night before she was pestering me more then normal so I sat with her for ages petting her... she must have known something I didn't. I feel for you dude. I'm so sorry. |

when I still lived at home with my parent, we used to have a cat called Boris.. strange, small cat with long stalky legs.. always had problems with fleas and had an allergy for fleas too.. but he was the loveliest cat I've ever had.. when I moved out and would come back for a weekend he would come running to the door when I came home and I'd have to pick him up immediately. the whole weekend he would come running to me, jump on my lap and would snuggle up close to me.. he was such a sweet little thing.. we then found out that he had a form of AIDS that only cats can get (probably not exactly a strain of AIDS, but a similar disease) - thats why had almost no resistance to fleas. my mother called me up and told me crying that he had been put down.. man, I cried the whole weekend.. still can feel it when I think about him.. |

ohhhh weezey........i don't think there is anything i can say to ease your suffering and sorrow. =/ just remember the love she gave, and you returned and i'm glad you have some pictures of her so you'll always remember her! i've lost 2 cats.....so i do know what you're going through. (when you're ready i think it would be lovely if you 'saved' the life of another kitty kot......remember the shelters when/if you decide to get another lovely fur ball) |

Hahah, Toonces... if I ever get another cat I think I need to name it that. I know it's still hard for you with the 1 year anniv. coming up and all, but maybe you could get a new kitty kot for christmas or something?... Not as a replacement, just as a team that will work together to get through greiving without hittin the bottle. =D |
