Yeap I am a huge fan of the good 'ol DC... I own: Marvel VS. Capcom 2 Virtua Tennis 2 (best m/player game!) Soul Calibur Mars Matrix Ikaruga (next week :D) Bangai-o Sonic 1 Sonic 2 Powerstone Powerstone 2 Crazy Taxi Virtual On 2 Grandia 2 Skies of Arcadia (must buy) MSR Zombie Revenge (for a laugh :P) Frame Gride Super Robot Wars @ Rez Most of those are must haves... If you like shooters (best games to play to own music imo) definetly get Ikaruga (comes out next week), Bangai-o and Mars Matrix. My 2 cents... |

heh. i only wish that were so. but, alas, the sad truth is that jaguar, virtual boy, and sega cd can all be found for around ten bucks at Kay Bee Toys. In the "this close to throwing these pieces of shit out" bin. Tokyo xtreme racer was awesome and unerrated. |

only problem is that they're pretty easy to find. the rare ones are the lesser knowns and they do tend to be worth a lot. rare games also go for a lot. my original snes chrono trigger runs for like ninety bucks, but the price went down after they rereleased the game on PSONE. |

I wonder if there's some super wicked lesser known system, kinda like schematic is a super wicked lesser known label. I didn't know they rereleased chrono trigger. I've never played it but know it's had lots of praise. Should I get a gamecube or playstation 2? I'm leaning toward gamecube even though you can play ps1 on ps2. Maybe I should wait till those bastards release the next system in a few months before I waste my money on this one... |

oh. get a PS2. you won't be dissapointed. chrono trigger was rereleased as part of a game called Final Fantasy Chronicles. It also had FFIV, i think. i waited a while before buying into the next gen system hype. i'm satisfied with my psone and dreamcast, but i'd really like to play ff10 and metal gear solid 2. |

I saw Powerstone 1 for £8 at the wknd. I should of bought it, but didn't for some reason. I have: Rez Le mans 24 hours MSR Soul Calibur Shenmue Head Hunter Powerstone 2 Crazy Taxi 2 Jet Set Radio Virtua Fighter 3 Team Battle Dead or Alive 2 Space Channel 5 If you get one game, get "rez", buy it brand new if you have to- it's far and away my favourite game of recent years (with the possible exception of Soul Calibur, but they're vastly different games). |

It'll almost certainly be cheaper to buy a new one than get it fixed, have a look on amazon/in local second hand stores. You should be able to get a brand new one for about £50. |

Thought so, a UK/European/Australian DC should work fine. You may need a scart lead if you have a very new TV, but these are very easy to pick up. Anyone know a good site to buy DC "backups" from? ;) |

I bought one when it came out... I was hoping it would succeed, harken back to Sega's glory days VS Nintendo... but it fizzled out, unfairly. I don't know anyone else around here with a Dreamcast... It's kind of depressing to see Sonic on a NINTENDO system, where they used to be mortal enemies! :-( I'm hoping for a new Shining Force... 1 and 2 were some of my favorite games ever, but I didn't get to play 3... Saturn was an even worse failure than Dreamcast. |

All Gamecube owners should rejoice because ikaruga is going to Gamecube as well, now if only Sega or Treasure will localize the damn game...... I guess either way I will get it, because I was an idiot and passed up Radiant Silvergun(Treasure Shooter for Sega Saturn(acclaimed to be the best pilot arcade shooter)) at an import store years back for X-Men v.s. Street Fighter. |

Yes, you need another "games player" to play with though. Play it with a "casual gamer" or your mates after a night at the pub and you'll be sorely frustrated. Get it though, it' an amazing game. DC is my favourite recent console, largely because it has Rez (Which I'd like to point out is much better than the PS2 version, before a Sony fan pipes up :P). Other great games for DC (lesser known ones): Bangai-O UFC Frame Gride Guilty Gear X Gunbird 2. |

Dreamcast is dead, but there were some pretty good games out there for it. I'm totally shocked NO ONE said Phantasy Star Online!!! This game kicks!! Although, it's not online anymore, it still kicks!!! Worms Armageddon! Skies of Arcadia is good! Rez is a fucking awesome game!! Illbleed can suck my dick that game blows! Sega Smashpack is the fucking shit!! Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 are all right, Crazy Taxi is the shit! shitty console for rpg's, but good for fun nonetheless///. |

i'm getting it for the Gamecube, it's released in about 3 weeks here... can't wait to get it. I've only got metroid prime at the moment. I want more "quality" games, there isn't many for the gamecube at the mo, though zelda is released next week. so things are looking up. |
