i watched a discovery network show on this place and was
totally fascintated. it's full of medical instruments and
medical oddities.
ie:
- a piece of the thorax from john wilkes booth (the man who
shot prez lincoln)

- the con-joined liver from the first simese twins

just check it out......i'm dragging my BF to this museum in
PA this fall. ehehhehe

is there another

ENSTEIN?? hehehe

ummm that sounds like an urban legend. they have his
eyeballs on display somewhere......can't remember where
tho.

it's not peoples body parts only. it's everything dealing
with medicine, including oddities like two headed babies,
etc. it's not like a carney freakshow tho....the museums
purpose was to help the profession progress.

they have this room filled with 1000's of things people have
actually swallowed....it's fascinating!

its acctually NOT an urban legend.

my mom read the book, and the auther had heard it... and
thought it was an urban legend... but got obsessed with
wanting to find out the true story...

so he researched it and tracked down the dude, and its
true... he really has his brain.
