ne1 like brass eye here

i rate it as the best programme on tv for the short time it
woz on.

does chris morris make music too? i have heard a track with
him and amon tobin (called bad sex on ninja tune) but i
think it might be that amon tobin has just sampled him

haha, brass eye was cool. It was great when it made the
headlines because of it being so un-pc!

That "Bad Sex" Track is on Blue Jam (warp) which is a CD of
tunes with Chris Morris weird sketches over the top. It's
well worth getting.

of the most cleverly produced albums ive heard in awhile

Did anyone notice that they used a Squarepusher track on the
ghettoblaster when the celebs were talking about Paedos?

i love the graphics! All the fonts flying around, getting
really small

and the way they did the American TV stuff.the
colour/lighting....spot on!

nonse *points to head* sense

Yeah, how come American TV always looks different e.g. the
light, colour etc?

yer i hav brass eye on dvd 2. the paedophiles episode is by
far the funniest but the drugs 1 is excellent 2, especially
wen mr morris is describing 2 various minor celebrities the
effects of the drug, 'cake' ("it makes a second....seem like
a month. one cake addict woz run over by a car. he simply
thought he had a month 2 cross the road")

US tv..soft lighting to saturate the realism? Maybe UK
tv-coloring is false, we're just used to it? scarey!

In the US, they use the NTSC system, which is well known for
being.. sort of not very accurate. Sometimes called "Never
Twice the Same Colour".

UK [PAL] TV is closer to the real thing.

Some of it could also be down to bad translation to the UK
format, I think they use a different frame rate over there.
That's why songs sound like they're at a higher pitch on
American TV shows, becuase they're actually going slightly
faster.

america dont use as high quality cameras[except certain
shows]as we do[american sit-coms are better for the
unrealistic look].
brass eye was brilliant,a lot of people didnt get it,hence
the controversy.I hope they make more.
