For all who dont' know:

Amber was discovered by the greeks to be a material that
produced a mysterious charge, and an attraction to tiny bits
of paper, when rubbed. (static electricity)

It wasn't until 1600 ad that Willlam Gilbert worked with
friction and static electricity. He showed that amber wasn't
the only material to produce an attraction to these bits of
paper. Gilber even coined the term "electricity" which
derives from the latin word electrum which is derived fromt
he greek word for amber, electron!

thats actually really interesting.. . so Ae (supposing of
course that this isnt all some strange coincidence) were
actually refering to the electronic nature of the album in

heres another factoid. for those who dont know, the cover
photo was taken in a place called cappadocia in turkey, its
an amazing place where volcanic rock created a really
bizzare landscape. its huge aswell, stretches for miles and
miles.
