One of my favoutites is "Argy Bargy" which I believe is a
term used to describe a loud argument.

effing = nicer term for fucking

As right as rain = everything is good

"The Bill" always has a wealth of slang in it.

Haha. Argy Bargy. I'm going to make a point of fitting that
into conversation at work with every conversation with
everyone I talk to until someone stops me.

What does 'ahine' mean? Anything at all?

'charva' - skally, Newcastle native.

I really didn't like 'minging', but I'm warming to it now.
Especially when used as 'ming' (ie, "you ming, you do").

I'm slowly becoming semi (sem-eye) American, what with my
alarming use of 'ass' over 'arse', contextual misgivings
aside (ie, "my arse" "asshole").

Slang is great. Lower class poetry.

That old chesnut, 'cocksucker' is a timeless classic.

'What the shit?' makes me laugh too ("What the shit is
that?")

I must admit, certain slang (munter eg) warrants a certain
accent. Me saying munter will sound incredible, and very
silly.
