if i had a bucket of oats
id feed them to my little goats
and then theyd grow up big, and id turn them into a coat

But alas, I need not gloat,
I live in castle (has a moat!)
And on said moat does float a boat,
Inscribed on it's a poem I wrote,
My finest verse is on that note,
And from which one may wish to quote, but allow me a moment
to clear my throat: "Do not vote by remote!"

My girlfriend writes the most beautiful poetry I've ever
read! I wept as I read her stuff the first time--she has so
much talent and is really fantastic with words and imagery
and rhymes and such!

And she writes things with purpose and depth--not just
things that happen to rhyme, which is really hard to do, if
you've ever tried it. :|

reason. :|

Yah, it doesn't let me do CSS to b or p tags, but it will
with center tags. ;| Hmm, strange.

back to poems...if u know the original hymn youll know how
cleaver this is-

As shepherds washed their socks by night,
All hanging on the line,
The Angel on the Lord came down
And said 'these socks are mine'
'Oh dear' he said 'My mighty tread
Has worn these stockings through
I'll ask St michael for some more
These Holy ones wont do'!

when the fires start to burn,
theres a lesson you must learn,

you'll avoid catastrophy.
