I'm thinking about actually buying it, but no one's heard
of this band, so they must be pretty obscure, I think.
They've been around since '93 but never really went big like
Orbital or even the Future Sound of London.

Their "Advanced Technology" album looks pretty interesting
though and I was wondering if anyone has heard it?

Yeah...I used to know these guys...

They are outta Colchester...big part of the Essex Rave
scene; friends of The Prodge...

Narcotic Influence was their most successful track I
think...the one with the "Drugs are taking their lives away"
sample...

(Was actually being shown around a new local design studio
and was checking out their Audio studio, and I stumbed
across Emperions old Roland SH101 synth...it's a small
world...:)

Is "Advanced Technology" a new album or their old one?...

oh..I didn't say what they sound like...

It's mainly Hard Hard Techno/Acid, along the lines of
Caustic Window or the Classics album...pretty cool really...

really, 1997...

Would've thought it was earlier than that...the tracks were
a lot lot older I guess...

Still got great memories partying around their house one
time...good old essex...

Your link does not work. . ., but whatever. I've been on
Empirion's official web site and "Advanced Technology" is
the only material they have under Discography.
