Ahh, junkie, I already told you, no joys of FTP for me. But
I'll spread the word nevertheless.

God hates us all is good compared to loads of Nu-metal
bullshit drowning us out, but compared to real slayer
classics like "Reign in Blood" or "Divine intervention" it's
pretty mediocre.

You who to the what now?! Nahh, I guess I'm a 'pussy' or
something..

Or I'm like the old granddad that thinks ALL rock sounds the
same, from the beatles to sabbath.. (I of course don't think
this, it was just an example).

(:

My older brother has always been into metal of some sorts so
maybe that's another reason I avoid it..... but nah,
basically I just can't get into it. :)

Guitarphobia? Hehehe, I play the guitar. :) Nay, I love the
guitar when done right, I think it was Beethoven who said a
guitar is a mini orchestra. Hrmm.. Yeah I like early
Radiohead and the pixies and stuff so.. *shrugs*

steamtank: I love CanOx, but they are still young and have
still to prove themselves. Cannibal Corpse are tried and
tested and really fucking great!!!

Punk: man, I know several people here who have, like you ,
absolutely avoided any metal in all periods of their lives.
I tend to think of that as of some serious social deviation.
I mean, not listening to metal when you're 11-13? What the
fuck?

Hehe, when I was 10-11 I used to listen to judas priest and
some sabbath but I outgrew it pretty quickly. :)

I moved onto Zeppelin and the who and less metal, more rock
kind of stuff and after that into the beatles and radiohead,
blur (my first ever concert was a blur concert), the pixies
and other guitar music and then at around the same time jazz
and classical and then finally Electronic music. Yup,
that’s roughly been my progression I guess.
