that bass-riff is so fat. Slappylicius!

The way Chris made the clips so tight to the song is totally
wicked. It must have taken him hours...

LOL!!! Come on my selector is the most insane drill'n'bass
track ever. My mate used to play it as part of his DJ set in
this club here where he played mostly leftfield rock and
downtempo electronica. After about 45 seconds the whole club
was laughing like they were mad and pointing in his
direction...

Yeah... Dudes like Bogdan Raczynski and Venetian Snares
based their whole carriers on this Big Loada sound. This
used to be my fave Squarepusher record until Go Plastic came
out.

It's like, when the bass-riff kicks in, people realize for
the first time that it really is a song and not the P.A.
fucking up *LOL*

Yeah, and that NWA sample "Let the bass kick!" really sets
you in a mood to go insane along his slapbass lunacy...

Yeah, well, it's on Straight outta compton, tho I can't
remember on which track. Tom Jenkinson was more into acid
house and jazz, from what I've read, but obviously, as any
other white electro kid he had to be attracted to NWA's
irresistable macho posturing and other hip hop. I mean,
anyone into drum'n' bass had to source their drum breaks
from somewhere, right? Hell, some tracks off Hard Normal
Daddy really reveal their hip-hop roots... (the one where he
scratches, what was the name...)

Ah, yes, Fat contoler. That and Vic Acid are soooo wicked.
Along with those drill tracks there. Jazz tracks are also
nice, but these are really uplifting and more approproate
fro club exploitation.

Yeah, that was a good album, but on Big loada, he really let
it loose!!! Journey to redham is so great, sounds like
fucking C64 thrashing along some fucked-up breaks

princo: he played "c'mon.." as an encore at the gig here

"I'M HE FUCKING DADDY".....!!!..
(i.think he had it ready anyway!)

"BEEP STREET" is real emotional as well..I always play that
