I made this new track a couple of weeks ago, but i still
think it has a loss. It's very unlike my previus work, more
BoC'ish me thinks.

Listen, rate and commend please =)

Beatbugs (demo)

Jesus Christ. So goddamn typical of this messageboard, or I
should say its people to not check stuff like this out. They
wont check anything out these days.....

This was a really good song I think, your best one in my
opinion. It works very well and is layered perfectly. Its
really nice.

eletronic-artist

I must say it's not very good, probably one of those loops
that seemed to sound good to you only bezuk you had heard it
looped so many times in one session. Simplicity is sometimes
good but it wasn't profound enough in this case, just
another track made by someone that will be forgotten.

shit man...every time you post something in the same topic
as me you give "negative creep" a whole new meaning. Do you
have a problem with me or are you just an asshole?

I have had about five times more downloads than that, but I
dont call them fans. I dont presume that much I suppose.

w M w is just one of those really weird nerds that has
nothing better to do but try and act strange or "weird" on
messageboards to sound different and witty from others. Hes
mostly negative or strange like that for no real reason. Hes
one of those people that has everyone else figured out but
himself. If you came on one of his topics and said you didnt
like his song hed say something to try and counter that. He
mostly speaks like his opinions are well known facts or
something.

I might have been playing around for fun some other time,
although I don't recall any incident in particular, this
time I was just being honest though.

myself, it seems mostly right.

Okay, heres the lowdown:

As a musician I'm gonna give you my Honest opinion. Only
because once I put my music out there, I want only honest
opinions from other musicians. The worst thing someone can
do is say your stuff "sucks", but then not tell you why it
sucks. (or vice versa with "good")

Beatbugs:

Some very interesting ideas here. Good job with the
tempo/RDJ style hi hat and bass drum stuff. (I forget what
this is called, I hope you understand what i'm talking
about)

However the song is very predictable. A lot of building up
and simple layering.

On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being MTV n*suck and 10 being
godlike [RDJ, Squarepusher, µ-ziq, etc] ) I give Beatbugs a
6.5

I dont know if simplicity is what you were striving for, but
if it is, then you did a good job. But songs like these are
a dime a dozen.

I'm not trying to be a bastard here, just giving you my
opinion, because thats all it is.

I liked it too, ....kind of. I just took exception to you
calling people listening to your music FANS. That's a big
jump and just a little bit naive. Can end up with
heartbreak when you start depending on these FANS, and they
are like What? Who? oh I downloaded one of your songs, it's
somewher on my Harddrive, no wait a minute I deleted it,
what of it, what do you want?
I get hundreds of emails from mp3.com FANS..but all they
are, are just spammers who say they like your music, only so
you would go and download their own stuff. You reply to
their email, saying chee thanks, you wanna hear some more of
my music and they are like, FUCK OFF who the hell are you?

Cool. No hard feelings? I was just being a bit of a
cautionary message. Speaking from experience. You a Plaid
Fan. I heard more Plaid and maybe Black Dog than anything
else in there.
