I finally got around to getting all Plaid's albums (I'll
get Black Dog's soon), and I'm currently listening to the
first track on Double Figure... oh my god, I can't believe I
waited so long. Amazing stuff!

So... what's yer fave Plaid tracks/albums? So I'll know what
tracks to look forward to as I go through all these fresh
new MP3s. ;-)

True. And I hate myself for it! Too much music, too little
time, Plaid got pushed aside. Ugh.

I'm seeing plaid live on sunday, should be wicked. I am
tempted to buy double figure before I go, its so much nicer
to know the tracks you are hearing sometimes!

Plaid is defintely awesome. I can't believe you waited sooo
long.

Get Not for Threes next. Double Figure is indeed
awesome(New Family is one of their best songs ever).

Also, Spudink on NFT's was great.

My only complaint is I didn't care for Restfull Clockwork.
I like their melodies a lot more that their minmal stuff.

I've had a lot of Plaid on my computer, but I just recently
got into listening to them fulltime. You know, MP3 hoarders
tend to get too many for their own good, and some folders
just sit there unused and waiting their turn? That was Plaid
for me. :-)

Hi Ophecks, you love Plaid? Me too! Try also to get old
Black Dog releases, unfortunately, the group splitted in 95
and 2 of the 3 members go further as Plaid. Check Black dog
albums:
The temple of transparant balls (GPR)
Bytes (Warp), Spanners (Warp) and Parallel(GPR). Great,
great, great!

tolstoyed: kushti's "stromboli" is fucking awesome....found
it on a Rising High records compilation called "further
self-evident truths2"

I saw plaid live twice and, i'm sorry but they lacked
energy. Before AFX at Warps Ocean gig last july, they
sucked! They do very little live variations of their tracks
and don't mix track to track well.

Ok - great melodys, great beats but the whole package lacks
the drive or energy of specialists like RDJ & SP

Double Figure is amazing, haven't gotten into the other two
yet... just heard some tracks here and there... I have to
take a lot of time to get used to an album.

As soon as Soulseek un-fucks itself, I'm getting some Black
Dog.

yeah...im listening to rest proof clockwork right now...
plaid is great summer music...
i think my favorite track has to be assault on precinct
zero...with many others coming in at a close second..

double figure was supposedly the end of a trilogy...after
which they claimed they would move on and change direction a
bit...i wonder if the last few minutes of the p-braine ep is
an indication of this new direction?

Listening to Double Figure for probably the tenth time
today. Just got Trainer, haven't listened yet... shit, what
was I waiting so long for, ignoring poor ol' Plaid? :-(

I dunno man! Plaid and Two Lone Swordsmen are underrated
artists on this board.
