I got this mail today...don't know if it's a prank or somebody getting money by scams: FROM: OPUTA BELLO. dear friend With profound interest and in utmost confidence, I am Soliciting your immediate assistance or co-operation as to enable us round up an opportunity within my capacity as a result of the death of one of our Contractor (Beneficiary). You should not be surprised as to how I got your contact, you were highly recommended to me with the believe that you are Competent, reliable, trustworthy and confident. I am OPUTA BELLO the CHAIRMAN PRESIDENTIAL REVIEW PANEL ON FOREIGN CONTRACT PAYMENT AND REGULARIZATION We work hand in hand with the Senate Committee on Foreign Contract Payment. Our duty is to ensure that all Foreign Contractors are paid their contract sum in due time. This first quarter a total of 30 contractors have been short listed for payment and so far about 20 of them have been paid remaining about 10,the remaining 10 have been short listed for payment first quarter of this year [2002].
