is it cool? how does it make sound?

Its pretty cool i use it you can download the demo for
free...its kind of hard to explain but it basically works
like a synthesizer...the only thing is with the demo you can
only export files to .wav .mp3 and stuff like that you cant
save and go back and work on your previous stuff which is
kind of shitty.

Fruity loop sux. I can tell. The only good thing you can do
with FL is techno, house, dance and other stuff like that..
nothing more experimental.

Reason rocks! For some who know, it's a Propellerhead
programm. Reason is a set of tool that allow you to do
ANYTHING! You need 50 samplers? add 50.. You need 28 digital
synth? add 28.. You need a main distortion effect and a
reverb effect only on the right chanel of your drums? play
with the wire behind the tables. See.. how it can look when
you need to do a full stuff:

No.. really.. Reason is good for any drum'n'bass, techno,
ambiant, house, IDM, accid jazz, hip-hop,
any-style-you-want-as-long-its-electro makers.

Plus, i heard that there is a beta of Reason 2. Man...
Reason is already a nuke. I can't imagine how will be the
2nd.

reason is okay. one thing you left out though, is that the
number of modules you can use at any given time is dependant
on your cpu.

Also, fruity loops does not suck. I have heard very great
things come out of it. ..

www.electronicscene.com

most of the artists there use it. . so check the idm section
or anywhere for that matter.

anyone that says fruityloops sucks has no clue about
anything at all. i dont care how good you are at creating
music with other programs you still have no clue. the only
complaint anyone can have is they dont like how the program
looks but i can do anything you want to do.

as far as the complaint that people think it can only be
used for one style of music. RETARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
any sampling program can be used to create any style of
music god damnit. thats the purpose of sampling.

fruityloops is great for all types of music...i used to make
IDM on it when i first got it back on FL version 2. i do
hear that reason is a great, but due to lack of memory, i
don't really use it.

and as far as reason goes. ive given it several honost
shots being that i heard so much about it and never could
get a damn good thing out of it. that doesnt mean it has no
meat to it cause maybe its just not for me but my impression
of it is it sells itself on hype not features. anything you
can do in reason using the rewire functions can be achieved
simply in other ways being that you are even slightly
clever. i hated its drum machine. it has no vst or dx
compatability. you cant import wavs straight into that
slicer thing you have to input recycle files or some lame
crap like that. i just didnt care for it at all.

i know a guy that plays many shows and makes good money
using only cool edit and hammerhead software. and if anyones
tried hammerhead you know it sucks but being that hes proven
its usefulness i say most people know jack crap about how to
make a program do what they want to do.

! You need 50 samplers? add 50.. You need 28 digital
synth? add 28.. You need a main distortion effect and a
reverb effect only on the right chanel of your drums?
FRUITYLOOPS CAN DO ALL OF THAT TOO WITHOUT EVEN USING
REWIRE.

Listen to my music and you'll know fruity loops can make
music other than dance. I hate dance music. If you can
only make dance music and techno, then you just simply have
no talent, or you just suck...

Geeze, fuck that.. even an old dos tracker could do better
than FL.

it's actually a funny thing imo, cuz every 2 days some a
newbie opens a topic about what music programmes we prefer
to use. It's like we're some kind of electronic music makers
group. Oh wait... most of us are...

fruity loops
