take a movie and completely re-do the soundtrack all by

Yes, the Sound of Music is the best one I can possibly think
of. But how about one of those OLD, hilarious, black and
white movies with the text on the screen and only that
shitty old fashioned music in the background? now THAT
would be sweet, lol.

Richard D. James' style would really suit a film like The
Matrix or Being John Malkovich.

A naturural science show about something weird like singled
celled bacteria or plants growing in fast motion, there was
this totally weird show where this slug ate some bird crap
or something, don't really remember, but there were weird
microscopic viruses or something that evolved to control the
snail/slug thing against it's will to crawl to a high branch
so a bird could eat it, and it's tentacles were all pulsing
weird when it was under the control of the virus
stuffamajig.

I think Clint Mansell was the best person they could have
chosen to do the stuff for the movie Pi, which is one of my
favorite movies of all time.

Monsieur (Can't remember the name)'s holiday. Old B&W
slapstick film, one of the running jokes of the film is that
it uses a "boing" sound effect everytime a door moves. I
expect richard would replace it with a snare rush or a
scream etc :)

Fun fact: This was also the first film to use colour, about
a 10 sec shot of the tricolore (french flag) is in colour,
hand painted onto the frames!

I'm gonna agree on the Matrix.
Clubbed to death is good indeed,
I just wonder what he'd do .

Natural born killers would be cool too!

A Clockwork Orange.

Stanley Kubrick + RDJ = creative orgasm

The Beethoven and other classical in the background would be
well replaced with some of the darker tracks by Rich, and
maybe he could find it in his heart to make some new
ones...

As if it would ever happen.

And if you haven't seen A Clockwork Orange, you need to.

or that could just go through that that Neuromancer movie
that Chris Cunningham was supposed to direct and Richard was
going to do the music for.
Would have been awesome.
