heh...that star gazer show is great i remember it used to be on in the morning when i was a kid...i think it was called 'star hustler' then..now its on at like 1am...
i've always loved the music at the end too...i even went so far as to track it down on audiogalaxy

I tried tonight and couldn't see anything! I couldn't find the moon ... oh well it's supposed to be a good view for the next few days.

Dood.........the skies here are CRYSTAL clear and the moon is awesome. it's especially interesting to me since this is my birth week =0)
i fortunately live in the mountains where it's pitch black and i can see HUNDREDS of stars........=0)

The skies here are not bad for being so close to a major urban area, there's a lot of light pollution. That wasn't my problem - either I was stupid and couldn't find the crescent moon or it hadn't risen yet.
Best stars I've seen are camping in Big Sur, California. Wow!

My dad is talking about getting the attic floored and a skylight put in so he can stargaze and look across the Bristol Channel.
