Has anyone seen this film? I thinks its great. It has a
real charm and imagination.

I remeber reading about it when the game came out, I heard
that them dubbing it into english (rather than subtitling)
ruined some of the subtleties...

Still, it looked like a good film. I would hire it, but I
doubt the blockbuster in cultural Barry would carry it.

The copy I bought is subtitled. Yeah Blockbuster anywhere is
shit and they charge a fortune. Deleicatessen is also good.

I liked delicatessen. Very funy in a sinsiter sort of way.

Do you reckon SOLC is worth getting on DVD if I can get it
subtitled?

Yeah its defo worth getting. I wouldn't spend a fortune on
it but I like it. There's a VHS copy your welcome to borrow
post-June.

Yeah defo. how long are you working in Bristowl for? You'll
have to get some grass to chew on. Bristol is cool though;
plenty to do and better than Cardiff. Before I depart from
this MB next month we'll have to exchange numbers. I don't
really use email apart from in work so...

You leaving, jonesey....oh, i see!!! I guess you were gonna
fuck off without leaving a note or letting us know where
you're going....typical...

What am I gonna tell the kids?..."Daddy gone cause he
doesn't love Mummy anymore..."..it'll break their little
hearts in 2...

I'm sure we can work it out, mate...let's sit down & have a
talk, yeah?..yeah?...

Ha, ha. Yes I must leave you Jand my dear boy; i must leave
you all my little sweethearts. I will be packing in this job
for another equally low-paid and tedious back in Wales.
Hopefully I'll have access to the internet wherever I find
myself and can join you once again.

The kids will understand. Just don't tell them that I've run
off with the vicar. They'll be disturbed.

I haven't got a job yet. Me and my girlfriend are moving in
with my parents to pay off debts and save money. After that
we can travel or move abroad. It'll be nice to live in
Penarth again as I went straight from uni to here. I miss my
friends.

yes, and the great movie named after you. this very surreal,
delightful, and warm-and-fuzzy-feeling was directed by the
guy who did amelie (mmmmm i wish that were me!) and, er,
alien: resurrection.
