...the outside world. i know some of you nerds might not know much about the outside world, but lemme tell you it is great. the other day, i was listening to the first track of drukqs (with earphones so confortable i couldnt even feel them), standing outside in the rain, and it was so nice, it was like the music and world joined. also, the outside wrld can make a crap song good- 'sunset bird of prey' by fatboy slim is a terrible song normally, but during a thunderstorm is rocks..... |

The greatest instrument of all is the piano. The notes sound sooo nice if played properly. Still I'm a bit partial to drum machines (even though I know techincally, they're precussion not instruments as such) and synths meself. |

The human boday has got some great sounds.... like when the sound you hear/feel when your elbow creaks and the clicking of your shoulders when you rotate them and the sound of your hair rusleing when you scratch it. Maybe someone here can make some tunes out of that if they can get hold of the samples? That'll be wicked.... anyone wanna try it? |

the piano is capable of the greatest range of emotion. if you listen to blues piano and then like betoven(spelled wrong) and then ben folds five. the fascinating thing is the keys will always sound the same its just how they are played. guitar is second in line for range of emotions it can portray. but guitar comes in second also because it sometimes requires other sounds(distortion and other effects) to keep interesting and the piano does it all on its own so the piano is a bad ass. i love all sounds they. |

I would also have to say piano...though it's more a personal taste issue. One of the most beautiful and powerful sounding instruments ever. I'm also partial to the 808 drum machine. |

Synthesizers can convey more range of emotions than piano--as they can produce piano sounds as well as synthesizer sounds. ;) |
