I love The Cure! I grew up on The Cure, Depeche Mode, Nine
Inch Nails and Tori Amos!
I would love to seem them live but won't get the chance,
probably. :(

yea, LeCoeur's seen them. that's gonna be a great show. do
you know who's opening? the almighty MOGWAI, one of my
favorite bands. i emailed stuart yesterday to congratulate
him on the gig and asked him if mogwai to cover a cure song,
which would it be. i think he's on a solo tour opening for
arab strap right now, so it'll prolly be a few days before i
get a response.

i'm glad the cure didn't break up, they've made so many
wonderful songs. i hope they put out another album (they ARE
working on one; also robert smith is working on a solo album
predominately produced by flood, but with assistance on a
few tracks by trent reznor). i'd like to see the cure live,
i should've seen them on their bloodflowers tour. oopth.

i was lucky enough to see the cure TWICE on the bloodflowers
tour. both at an indoor venue (sanger theatre in new
orleans) which was AMAZING, and an outdoor venue (in
chicago) which lacked the intimacy of the first show.
HOWEVER a guy in front of me proposed to his girl during
'LOVESONG' and it was sooooo romantic....it was a really
good show!!

pay the bucks.....seeing the CURE and MOGWAI is worth it
totally!! report back after....ehehhe

Cool, Pantalaimon! I've been into most of my musicians
since early childhood--I'd never stop loving The Cure! I
can't wait 'til I can have an opportunity to see them, if
ever.

Shame you didn't get to see them before they were too old to
drag their sorry arses on stage without assistance!

Mogwai will be great though...
