I need help here. Im getting an RAF medical next Wednesday. Trouble is I hadnt touched anything like dope for about 5 weeks beforehand but hey, I asked a mate for a rollup cigarette (its all he had) and there was little bits of cannabis in it. As you can imagine I am VERY pissed off and I really wanna pass this drug test... To make matters worse Im choked up with a chest infection so my immune system is fucked and Ive been trying to detox myself by drinking shitloads of water. Any advice...? |

Best thing to do, is not really take advice from us, but look into it yourself on the internet and research it find some good answers and tryem out if you really want to pass the test. |

Ibuprofen gives the same result as Cannabis, you could take that and say you've had back ache. Or check with a friendly doctor, they have to listen to everything in confidence. |

Drink two liters of water between 1-2 hours before the test. of course this depends on your metabolism, and body type. And ammount of marijuana you have consumed. |

He obviously had some crumbles of it mixed thru his tobacco coz I could taste it. Man Ive been drinking water for two days now... |

No... drink it right before your test. Two litres. What will happen is the water wont have time to properly go thru your system before it needs to eject itself. So none of those thc molecules will collect in it. I am not sure as to the exact particulars, but it worked for me. It should work for you two. |

Besides... the ammount you took in was nominal. They are looking for proof that you smoke this shit regularly, or at least in full joints. You could sue the pants off of any company that fires you for something like that. |

Yeah... I smoked pot for the first time in over 2 years a couple months ago. Only cause I bought the new herbaliser cd (its kinda a tradition of mine). I did the same thing that I always do when I smoke pot, which is sit around and listen to music and do nothing else except trip. Make no mistake, it was nice pot. It went down smooth, and I had a pleasant (not too intense, not too lite) trip. So yeah... I agree. Its a pretty useless drug, and I ended up giving away the rest of the pot cause I didn't fell like smoking it myself. |

if you only smoked traces you should be fine. drink as much water as you can between now and your test. before your test, take a few asprin and drink more water. the asprin will thin your blood therefore allowing you to hold more water which will dilute your urine. the test is based on finding a certain concentration level in your urine so if you lower the concentration level enough then you will pass. also Vale's cleaning kit worked really well for me in the past. you can get it at most head shops here in the U.S. you just drink it and it keeps you clean for a 5 hour window. worked for me and i was smoking virtually every day up untill 4 days before a test that i passed with flying colors. (uhh that "flying color" would be yellow) also stay away from that golden seal tea stuff. it masks the thc in your urin but if they spot golden seal in your test they will make you come back later and test again. |

Ha ha, one of my friends who is has OCD joined the RAF and claimed to have no illnesses. Needless to say when they found out they were less than pleased. Thankfully he only got discharged and not put in military prison :) |

ok heres a file on how to pass - very good advice Nothing, I repeat nothing that you take internally will help you. Vinegar will change the pH only if it is added to the piss, not if you drink it. Besides, they check the pH of your sample and if it's outside of a certain range it is an automatic fail [they figure that it will only happen if you are trying to rig the test]. I've been doing the test thing for almost 20 years, so you can damn well believe what I say. Let's see if I can make this clear: They do not test for the presence of drugs. They are testing for the presence of drug metabolites, which are the by-products your body makes from the drugs as it processes them. Now, your body produces these metabolites at a certain rate and if they are in your piss they will be detected. No ifs ands or buts about it. The only way to pass is to see that your piss doesn't have any metabolites in it [or a low enough level to not trigger a positive result]. There are two ways to see that this is so. One is to be clean. Lacking that, your only other choice is to drink a lot of water [you really only need to start the night before the test. I've even done it starting the morning of the test] and giving a dilute piss sample. Here's how that works: Consider a glass [your bladder]. Now this glass fills with water [piss]. While it is filling there is a bottle of food coloring [metabolite] that drops a drop once every 5 minutes. Now overnight the water fills slowly, so that the cup doesn't need to be emptied before you wake up. But when you do get up you have a cup of water that has a lot of food color in it [a drop every 5 minutes, over the course of the night can be a lot]. This is why you never give your first sample of the day. Now, in the regular course of a day, you might fill this glass every 5 or 6 hours or so. In that time you've been having the food color drop every 5 minutes still. So after 5 or 6 hours you still have a measurable amount of food color [metabolites] in your water [piss]. This is no |

you can also take some niacin which will restore some of the yellow color to your urine and not make it look so clear and uncolored. i think may tests DO check for golden seal but i'm not sure about the other cleaning teas and drinks. pickle juice supposedly works good for cleaning your system out but i wouldn't put TOO much faith into it. i'd recommend the old 2-4 quarts of water or tea, ibuprofin at least 2 hours before the test. remember, as said above, the first piss of the day is the most concentrated, so make sure to go at least once or twice before the test. |
